What we collect
When you order, we store the drink, quantity, order status, event, and an optional pickup name. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Lemon Quartet. Staff records may include a name, phone number, email address, role, and a one-way PIN hash.
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare and deliver orders, operate events, support customers, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained only as long as needed for operations, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Ask us at the stand to correct or remove an optional pickup name when legally permitted. Staff should contact a founder for access, correction, or deletion requests.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Stripe processes card payments when online payment is enabled. Anthropic processes event and menu text only when an admin chooses the menu-naming tool; customer order data is not sent to it.
