Orders and pickup

Choose the event where you will pick up your order. An order is complete when payment is confirmed online or accepted at the stand. Keep the pickup code private and show it when collecting the drinks.

Availability

Event hours, flavors, and ingredients may change if inventory or weather affects service. If we cannot make an item, we will offer a reasonable substitute or refund the affected item when payment was collected online.

Allergies and ingredients

Ask staff about current ingredients before ordering. Our stand is not an allergen-free environment, and cross-contact may occur.

Refund help

For an order problem, speak with a founder at the event and show the order number. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment method.
